England Box has confirmed the selection of its squad heading to Canada for the 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships, 19-28 September.

The 23-man squad has been selected following multiple training camps and participation at tournaments including the E-Box Invitational in the Czech Republic in April as our squad attempt to build on our 5th place finishes at both the last two tournaments.

The schedule for the Championship was released at the beginning of the month with England taking a spot in the blue division giving them headline match-ups against the world’s best including an opening fixture against reigning champions Canada.

The squad contains nine players who have represented England at previous Indoor World Championships while for Dave Cluney, it will be a remarkable fourth World Championship appearance after first representing at the 2007 tournament.
