MEDICAL
First Aid
All England Lacrosse qualified coaches are required to hold a First Aid training certification completed within the last three years for the safety and welfare of all involved.
England Lacrosse is partnered with Oodles Training, who now deliver a one-day, lacrosse specific, First Aid course focusing on injuries that are more likely on and around the lacrosse pitch, as well as all the basic life support skills you would expect from a first aid course.
As the first ever England Lacrosse recognised First Aid course, we hope it will offer a relevant, meaningful and useful option for coaches, players, officials and parents.
For more information about the attending a course and how it can be run at your venue, email [email protected]

Mental Health
We believe the impact sport and physical activity can have on mental wellbeing is every bit as important as the physical benefits.
Physical activity can contribute to enjoyment and happiness, and more broadly to life satisfaction through increased social interaction.
Volunteers and sports fans also have an increased sense of purpose and pride, while self-esteem and confidence are known to increase through participation or volunteering.
