We are delighted to announce that the National Governing Body will now be operating as England Lacrosse as of the beginning of the 2018/19 season.
As you may have noticed over the last week or so, we have been updating our online presence to reflect our rebrand under the existing England Lacrosse brand.
The move brings together the former English Lacrosse Association and the England National Teams under one united brand and looks to consolidate the identity of the game in England.
With ever increasing successes on the field for our National Squads, double European Champions and medals at World Championships, it is vital that in raising the profile and commercial strength of the game, particularly to a wider audience, that we speak as one cohesive voice.
The amalgamation in 2016 of the Men’s and Women’s national squads under the England Lacrosse brand was the first step towards bringing the game together as a whole, and now the move of the NGB to operate under England Lacrosse now completes the process.
Along with the rebrand comes a new website www.englandlacrosse.co.uk, a fully responsive site with a simplified navigation and clean design that will significantly improve the user experience going forward and welcome in an exciting future at England Lacrosse.
