National Lacrosse Primacy Calendar

Conflict Resolution Process

Purpose

The Conflict Resolution Process should be viewed as a last resort. It is used only when a proposed change affects an agreed primacy date and meaningful engagement, including facilitated discussion where appropriate, has not resulted in an agreement.

It provides clear, independent and proportionate process to resolve conflicts and maintain confidence in the calendar.
