England Lacrosse is delighted to announce Amy Worlding has been appointed as the England Women’s Field Development Team Manager.
Worlding has already begun working with England Women’s Field Development Head Coach Sally Keogh and the talented group of players as they continue to nurture and improve the next generation of lacrosse talent.
Brand new to the world of lacrosse, Worlding became interested in the sport a couple of years ago when she learned it would feature at the LA Olympic Games in 2028.
Having explored the sport a little further, Worlding decided to apply for the England Women’s Development Team Manager role due to a strong passion for team management and previous experience supporting the O60 Scottish Masters hockey team.
Worlding is eager to bring the skills she learned in that role to the new role at England Lacrosse.
“I’m delighted to be appointed Team Manager with England Lacrosse. It’s a privilege to support such a talented and committed group of players and staff, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the Programme.”
As Team Manager, Worlding will continue to work with Head Coach Keogh alongside co-ordinating with the Performance Team Manager Debs Owen to provide operational and logistical support to the Programme.
Her other responsibilities include co-ordinating facilities for training and competitions, managing budgets and player administration, and ensuring all off-field operations run efficiently so that athletes and coaches can focus on performance.
