England Lacrosse is proud to announce a new partnership with eCoach, a leading Learning Experience Platform (LXP) provider, to develop a tailored online learning hub for the lacrosse community.
This new platform marks the next step in our commitment to building a connected, confident, and capable workforce across the game by delivering learning that is flexible, accessible, and relevant to your role, whether you're coaching, officiating, volunteering, or managing the game.
What’s changing?
The eCoach platform will fully replace the existing England Lacrosse learning site currently used for:
Coaching and officiating courses
Annual Rules Tests (ARTs)
The transition is expected to begin in January 2026, with clear guidance provided to support users in accessing and navigating the new system.
If you’re currently mid-course or working towards certification, don’t worry, we’ll ensure your learning progress is not disrupted.
What you can expect
Designed specifically for the needs of the lacrosse community, the new platform will offer:
On-demand, mobile-friendly access to learning content
Interactive and engaging courses with video, quizzes, and scenario-based learning
Personalised learning journeys tailored to your goals and role
Easy tracking of your certifications, progress, and achievements
This shift will allow us to deliver learning that works around your schedule and is better aligned with the way people develop skills today.
Why this matters to you
Whether you're just starting out as a Level 1 coach, managing your club’s development, or aiming to progress through the officiating pathway, the new platform is designed to support your journey.
This is more than just a digital upgrade, it's a step towards creating a consistent, inclusive, and values-led approach to learning in lacrosse. With eCoach, you’ll be able to:
Learn at your own pace
Access content when and where it suits you
Feel more supported as you grow in your role
England Lacrosse’s Caroline Royle said:
“We see the platform as a catalyst; it will allow us to deliver more consistent, high-quality learning across the country, reducing barriers to entry and supporting people to progress at their own pace.
“Ultimately, we expect the eCoach platform to support a more confident and better-connected workforce, create clearer pathways for personal development, and contribute to a stronger, more sustainable future for lacrosse in England.”
