Nuneaton to host special North v South games in memory of Ron Balls

Nuneaton Lacrosse Club, on behalf of Centurion Lacrosse Club, will host two North v South games on Saturday 15 August to celebrate the life of the late European Lacrosse Federation President and pioneer of lacrosse in England Ron Balls.

Games titled “Masters”, featuring players 35 and upwards, and “Grand-Masters”, showcasing athletes aged 45 and older, will take place at Keresley RFC, the home of Nuneaton Lacrosse Club, with the winners lifting the Ron Balls Trophy.

The opening “Masters” game starts at 1pm with the “Grand-Masters” game facing-off at 3pm and spectators are welcome to attend completely free of charge, with the bar open and a barbecue serving food throughout the afternoon.
