Talent Pathway

The England Lacrosse Talent Pathway operates for girls and boys aged 13 to 18 and plays a vital role in raising the performance of our junior players, improving the standards of competitive lacrosse in England, and contributing to the success of our national teams.

The purpose of the England Lacrosse Talent Pathway is to produce future senior England international players.

Currently, there are around 600 athletes on the England Lacrosse Talent Pathway with over 160 in our National Academy set-up.

And 95% of the Boys U20 & Girls U19 National Squads in 2019 were made up of Academy graduates.

The Pathway seeks to identify and develop athletic decision-makers who can perform under pressure and give them the opportunity to maximise their potential in a supportive environment.

Players attend a number of Talent Pathway sessions each year to learn, train, and prepare for the next level of the Pathway as well as for a future career as an England player!
