Cheltenham Ladies’ College | 2026 Triple Arrow Camps
Triple Arrow Camps make a return to Cheltenham Ladies’ College this Easter with the eagerly anticipated annual Plus+ Camp and prices starting from £405 for the four-day camp.
The 153-year-old school for girls will once again host Triple Arrow Camps’ Plus+ Camp that offers players the opportunity to be immersed in a full lacrosse learning environment.
In addition to the typical top-class coaching you would expect from a Triple Arrow Camp, the Plus+ Camp is specifically tailored to help young athletes improve their game with expert sessions around strength & conditioning (S&C), nutrition, and recovery using the state-of-the-art health and fitness facilities at Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
Plus+ offers campers a range of sessions delivered by our experienced coaches including small-sided games, positional skills, transition and overload, inside S&C, and much much more.
In addition to access to both grass and artificial playing surfaces on site, Cheltenham Ladies’ College boasts two sports halls, a climbing wall, a refurbished 25m swimming pool, a multi-purpose activity studio and 58-station fitness gym with free weights, spin, and rowing areas for camp access.
Notable alumni of Cheltenham Ladies’ College are actor Dame Kristen Scott Thomas, former Home Secretary Amber Rudd, and suffragette Annette Bear-Crawford.
Triple Arrow Camps are England Lacrosse’s only official camp, created, administered and regulated by the National Governing Body and are open to girls of any playing ability from 10-16 years old.
In addition to the two camps at St Swithun’s, there are 13 more camps dotted all over the country across the Easter and Summer school holidays with booking now open for each one.
