England Lacrosse Boys Aspire Programme searches for new coaches

The England Lacrosse Boys Aspire Programme is searching for new coaches ahead of the 2026/2027 season starting in October.

The Aspire Programme is where the next generation of lacrosse players is developed, building their ability and resilience and honing their technique as they strive for a spot on the national team.

As an Aspire Programme coach, you would have a direct impact on these players and their lacrosse careers, helping them to develop the qualities needed to play well and manage everything else that comes with playing elite level lacrosse.

Being the only athlete development programme for England’s rising lacrosse stars, the Aspire Programme is the perfect place for you to nurture talented young players as well as improve as you continue on your own coaching journey.

Please note, coaches on the England Lacrosse Aspire Programme are paid a daily rate for each session attended.
