Pink Gin & Juice go unbeaten to win 2026 Dalmatia Cup
Pink Gin & Juice, England’s newest touring lacrosse team, lifted the 2026 Dalmatia Lacrosse Cup in Split, Croatia over the weekend after a 7-3 victory against Dublin Blue in the final.
The newly crowned Bath Eights champions (under the name Stockport LC) and 2026 BluesFest semi-finalists went unbeaten in their five Dalmatia Cup games, winning four, as they became the first English team to lift the women’s title.
Attacker Katherine Wadge-Berrospi won the Women's Offensive MVP Award for scoring the most points (12G, 2A) in the competition.
It marks the end of an incredible year of competition for the brand new team that started with an appearance at the Nick Kehoe tournament in May before a semi-final appearance at BluesFest in June, and culminating in Bath Eights and Dalmatia cup titles in September.
The Dalmatia Cup, now in its sixth year, started in 2021 and features teams from all over Europe; previously teams from the UK including Highlanders and Paddington Bears have competed.
Competition games take place at SC Kava, the home of football club NK Omladinac Vranjic, which lies just outside Split’s old town and the Adriatic Coast.
