Yorkshire County Lacrosse Association seek Men’s & Women’s Head Coaches

The Yorkshire County Lacrosse Association are seeking to appoint a Men’s Team Head Coach and a Women’s Team Head Coach with applications open now.

Both voluntary roles will require travel within Yorkshire and to the north-east and north-west of the country with some travel expenses paid.

Yorkshire Lacrosse is asking that applicants preferably have or are working towards an England Lacrosse coaching qualification and hold a valid first aid certificate, and have a minimum of three years relevant coaching experience.

A brief summary of the roles can be read below:

  • Delivering high quality coaching and player management.

  • To create an environment for the players to play high quality lacrosse whilst making it an enjoyable experience for all.

  • To liaise with all eligible Universities and clubs to generate interest in representing Yorkshire.

  • To select and take the squad to the NKI 2026.

  • To liaise with the YCLA Committee on a regular basis.
