Sign ups for brand new junior Summer Sixes competition open
England Lacrosse, in partnership with Junior North Lacrosse, is excited to announce a brand new Summer Sixes competition aimed at boys in school years nine and 10, with sign ups open from today.
Taking place across four Fridays from 6-9pm at The Armitage Centre, Manchester, the Summer Sixes competition will expose young players to the version of lacrosse soon to be showcased at the LA28 Olympic Games.
Each game day will feature three matches between the teams, played to World Lacrosse Sixes rules, in a league format, with the final game day seeing top of the league play bottom and second play third in semi-finals before a final to decide an overall winner.
Individuals who sign up before 23:59 on Thursday 14 May will be placed into four teams (Arches, Foundry, Revolution, or Swarm) on Friday 15 May, one week before the first competition day on Friday 22 May.
Signing up to play in the Summer Sixes competition costs £25 per player which includes access to all four game days plus a playing shirt.
