Vacancy | England Women’s Performance Analyst/Team Scout

England Lacrosse is looking for an experienced, committed, and enthusiastic individual to support the Women’s Field Performance Squad in preparation for and during their World Championships in Japan between 24 July – 2 August.

The England Women’s Field Performance Team Scout & Analyst will play a key role in identifying, evaluating and analysing the team’s practice and game film along with opponents’ strategy and gameplay.

This role combines in-depth scouting with data-driven performance analysis to support tournament and game preparation, and player development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of women’s lacrosse at the international level, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to coaches and team leadership.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the game planning and evaluation, performing a key role to ensure plans and decisions are reinforced with evidence-based insight.

This role will work closely with the Head Coach and wider coaching team to ensure insight obtained informs and shapes the playing strategy of the team.

You should be comfortable working with elite athletes and adept at managing and working collaboratively with a team of staff to achieve maximum output from available resources.
